Report after the event at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

A seminar regarding Hong Kong’s assistance in entering Asian markets for the EU poultry meat producers and exporters, including Poland, was held in Warsaw on May 25th. The meeting was part of the “Poultry with a European passport” campaign initiated by the National Poultry Council.

The speaker was a food expert, advisor to companies in Hong Kong and China, former Hong Kong Government Plenipotentiary for Food Safety, consultant to the General Chamber of Commerce of Mainland China and the China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association – Dr. Gloria Lai Fan Tam. She presented the import and consumption potential of Hong Kong, as well as the favorable assessment of the local market and customers for EU poultry products.
