Pad Thai with turkey
Famous noodle-based Thai dish, enjoyed all over the world. There are many recipes for it. Try the turkey version!
Ingredients:
- 400 g turkey breast
- 3 eggs
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 300 g soya bean noodles (tagliatelle)
- 200 g bean sprouts
- half a bunch of chives
- a few peanuts, 1.5 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce
- 2/3 glasses of water
- frying oil
Preparation:
- Soak noodles in water for about 30 minutes;
- Cut the turkey breast into small pieces. Chop the garlic;
- Heat the oil in a deep frying pan (preferably a wok), fry the garlic for a while and then add the meat;
- Add lightly beaten eggs. When they are laid, add sugar and soy sauce;
- Add drained noodles to the pan, add water. Mix everything thoroughly;
- Add the chopped chives and bean sprouts and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly;
- The food can be taken off the heat when the noodles are soft;
- Put pad Thai on plates and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Enjoy your meal!
