Pad Thai with turkey

Famous noodle-based Thai dish, enjoyed all over the world. There are many recipes for it. Try the turkey version!


  • 400 g turkey breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 300 g soya bean noodles (tagliatelle)
  • 200 g bean sprouts
  • half a bunch of chives
  • a few peanuts, 1.5 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soya sauce
  • 2/3 glasses of water
  • frying oil


  1. Soak noodles in water for about 30 minutes;
  2. Cut the turkey breast into small pieces. Chop the garlic;
  3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan (preferably a wok), fry the garlic for a while and then add the meat;
  4. Add lightly beaten eggs. When they are laid, add sugar and soy sauce;
  5. Add drained noodles to the pan, add water. Mix everything thoroughly;
  6. Add the chopped chives and bean sprouts and cook for a few more minutes, stirring constantly;
  7. The food can be taken off the heat when the noodles are soft;
  8. Put pad Thai on plates and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Enjoy your meal!
